Voluntary Sector
National bodies should not dictate to local sports clubs what they must do. This is counter productive. They should provide support, advice, guidance and encouragement, NOT dictates.
Many grant initiatives reward voluntary bodies if they do MORE work - there is clear evidence that many urgently need help and support to continue doing the SAME as before.
